I'm in the same boat 2!! thinking of either Mayrhofen or morzine, but finding season accommodation is looking expensive unless you are sharing! you'll find a job once you're out there i'm sure!!

Im headin to Mayrhofen too, got a job but no luck yet with season accommodation.  I reckon we should just get all of us that are goin and try sort out a place when we get there, it will be easier to just rent a whole place with lots of us than each find single rooms.  Im thinkin of arriving about mid november and stayin in a hostel til I find something.  My emails benthompson85@gmail.com if anyone is keen

Hey All,

Might have sorted a place to stay from the 1/12/2009 to the 25/1/2010 but its in Fugen, Not to far on the train.

Nice powder days north in the valley too.

I need to confirm this ASAP but my mate might not be able to stay so looking for a possible room mate.

would be 860.00 for the full stay.

Email Vexz99@hotmail.com if your interested.

Hey people,

I'm also staying there; I already have a room but do you perhaps know where I can find a job? I'm not that picky at jobs so I'll just hear what kind of stuff you guys do over there, thanks anyway ;)

Hello im an 18 year old male also from Queenstown new zealand and looking to spend this season in mayrhofen aswell so yeah im in the same boat as you. but i spent last season in kirchberg (n hr out out of mayrhofen) so i also have some advice: book a week in a hostel at the start of the season and in that week you should be able to find work and a place to live. as last season taught me it is really difficult to organise work over the net. If anyone wants to pull a group together for accommodation il be more then happy to pitch in aswell. here is my email if anyone wants to sort out a group havoc_snowboarding@hotmail.com

I think all the Hostels are full otherwise I would do the same..

I would rather be in Mayrhofen as I know more people out there.. just dont want the risk of having no way to stay...

Im off work from the 24 nov so might do the same.. fly out late nov..

hi guys we have a spare place in our appartment for the season.

we are staying in the gasthoff zillertal all season from 1st dec to 11th april

it's a four person room and there are three of us already.

skiers or snowboarders welcome male or female, ideally a female as there are already 2 guys and 1 girl so would make things even haha.

the place costs 1455 euros for the whole season! super cheap. basically one guy dropped out after paying the deposit and first payment but he said we can keep it as its non refundable to him and for messing us around.

message me guys if your interested as this is bound to go quickly.

cheers ross.

Hey man I would be real keen aye.  Im a 23 year old snowboarder from New Zealand, I get to Mayrhofen on the 15th nov and have booked a dorm bed at the gasthof zillertal for 3 weeks to give me time to look for something long-term.

I have a job already at a rental shop in town so I'm committed to the full season and I can pay the full amount straight up if need be.   I tried to get a season let at the zillertal but they had all gone so this would be perfect if you guys are keen.

My email is benthompson85@gmail.com if you want know anything else, if you guys get there before December we could maybe meet up if you guys wanted to meet me first.

Sweet let me know
Cheers, Ben
